Das ist hier ist mein Reiseblog.<\/p>\n

Nachdem ich viele Jahre f\u00fcr Mercedes-Benz und den Daimler Konzern gearbeitet habe, kam die Weltwirtschaftskrise 2008\/2009 und damit die Gelegenheit, mir eine Pause von dem dauerhaften Stress, den mein Job mit sich brachte, zu nehmen. Nach langem \u00dcberlegen und Planen entschloss ich mich f\u00fcr ein Sabbatical und den Traum einer Weltreise zu verwirklichen.\u00a0Im Jahr 2009 startete ich meine 18-monatige Reise, schnallte meinen Rucksack auf und flog nach S\u00fcdostasien.<\/p>\n

Ich erlebte von September 2009 bis M\u00e4rz 2011 eine Zeit die so unglaublich war, wie man sie sich kaum vorstellen kann.<\/p>\n

Ich umrundete unseren Planeten mit einem „Round-the-world“ Ticket von OneWorld und legte insgesamt ca. 85.000 km mit dem Flieger zur\u00fcck, 45.000 km mit dem Auto, 15.000 km mit dem Bus, 2.000 km mit dem Zug, 500 km mit dem Schiff und noch ein paar weitere km per Anhalter, Roller und zu Fu\u00df \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

This is my travel blog.<\/p>\n

After working for Mercedes-Benz and the Daimler Group for many years, the global economic crisis of 2008\/2009 came and with it the opportunity to take a break from the constant stress that my job brought with it. After much thinking and planning, I decided to take a sabbatical and realize my dream of traveling around the world.\u00a0In 2009, I started my 18-month trip, put on my backpack and flew to Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n

From September 2009 to March 2011 I experienced a time that was\u00a0so incredible that it is hard to imagine.<\/p>\n

I crossed the planet with a „Round-the-world“ ticket from OneWorld and traveled approximately 85.000 km by plane , 45.000 by car, 15.000 km with a bus, 2.000 by train, 500 km by ship and a few more km by hitchhiking, with a scooter and on foot \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
